Blue
Horizons, Inc. is a nonprofit organization
that provides for the holistic needs of youth. It does this by:
- Assessing
the needs of youth and planning programming to meet those needs.
- Helping
youth know and find programs that meet their needs.
- Coordinating
volunteers for various youth activities, organizations and groups.

To this
end, Blue Horizons, Inc. will:
- Provide
and assist with youth activities.
- Provide
youth mentors in a variety of situations.
- Provide
activities for individuals with special needs.
- Provide
programming for youth when traditional programming is not sufficient.
- Provide
programming and assistance for the spiritual development of youth.
